NATS OpenAir: A National Digital Data Backbone for Airspace Integration
Last year, NATS launched OpenAir – a UK digital data backbone, providing a consistent and safe means of scaling BVLOS operations across the UK. This proposal is being developed to make it safer and easier for operators to get flying whilst maintaining competition and choice across the industry. We will provide a progress update, share what we heard from our consultation and explain how OpenAir will contribute to the UK’s AMS.
