About Jim Payton

Jim Payton is currently the Vice President International Sales, for the Rolls-Royce Helicopter Business. He is responsible for development of new applications and fleet management in North and South America, Europe, and Asia. Jim has served in a variety of executive roles within various engine sectors, throughout his career, including corporate and regional airlines, combat, marine, and the rotorcraft sector. The latter where he has twenty plus years leading strategy development, aftermarket management, and customer accounts. He particularly enjoys mentoring young professionals in the industry, and furthering industry partnering to maximize individual capabilities.
